Fried Ice Cream?

I recently went to a Mexican restaurant and for dessert Michelle decided to order herself some dessert lol. She ordered fried ice cream. Interesting right? I have never heard of this before. I also found out about fried twinkies and fried kool-aid, what?! It was quite tasty:)

The shell was a fried tortilla with cinnamon.. the inside was vanilla ice cream with a crunchy shell as well. It also had strawberries and chocolate fudge.
